06 Data Sharing & Disclosure

ph4444 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis:

• Payment processors: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, to facilitate deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso.

11 Minors & Age Restriction

The ph4444 Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine law governing casino-style online gambling. ph4444 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

All accounts are subject to mandatory age verification as part of the KYC process. If ph4444 discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, that account will be immediately closed, all associated data will be deleted in accordance with applicable law, and any funds will be returned to the verified payment source.

12 International Data Transfers

ph4444 primarily processes and stores personal data within the Philippines.
