01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph4444 ("ph4444," "we," "us," or "our") with respect to your use of the ph4444 online gaming platform accessible at ph4444.app and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the ph4444 Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and ph4444.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the ph4444 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, consistent with the minimum age requirement for casino-style gambling under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of ph4444 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the ph4444 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by ph4444 or any regulatory authority with jurisdiction over online gaming in the Philippines.

ph4444 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid government-issued identification card, proof of address, and proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or termination.

03 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the ph4444 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify ph4444 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, until you notify ph4444 of any unauthorized access.

ph4444 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from ph4444 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

ph4444 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the deposit page within your ph4444 account and are subject to change with notice.
• Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your ph4444 account within minutes of successful transaction confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to be credited, depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.
• ph4444 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible.
• ph4444 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account settings.
• ph4444 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

All financial transactions on the ph4444 Platform are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance checks in accordance with applicable Philippine law. ph4444 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any transaction that triggers AML review protocols.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

ph4444 may offer bonuses, free credits, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to another account.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• ph4444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or exploitation of technical errors, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account termination.
• VIP Club loyalty points and tier benefits are governed by the VIP Club terms, which are available on the VIP Club page.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the ph4444 Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures that game outcomes are statistically random and independent of previous results. ph4444 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for any individual session or wager. Past results do not predict future outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay:

• ph4444 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state.
• If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical error, the wager for that round will be refunded to your account balance.
• ph4444 is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. ph4444 reserves the right to void any wager that was placed in error, as a result of a software bug, or in circumstances where the displayed odds or game parameters were materially incorrect.

07 Responsible Gaming

ph4444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all aspects of the Platform. We recognize that gambling, while a legitimate form of entertainment for most players, can become problematic for some individuals. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered ph4444 players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account to manage your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session reminders and time-out periods to manage the duration of your play sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the ph4444 Platform at any time by contacting our support team.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen notifications that display your session duration and net gaming activity.

ph4444 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction through mandatory identity verification. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the verified payment source.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph4444 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Creating or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an advantage, and failing to report such issues to ph4444 support.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology underlying the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph4444 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the ph4444 Platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of ph4444 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from ph4444.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any ph4444 trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner without express written authorization.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of ph4444 intellectual property may result in legal action. ph4444 actively monitors for and enforces its intellectual property rights.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph4444 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, connectivity issues, or system errors.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game thereon.
• Reliance on any information, content, or game result displayed on the Platform.

ph4444's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph4444 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ph4444's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Privacy

ph4444 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ph4444 implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and ph4444 cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the Platform.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

ph4444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a regulatory authority.
• Compliance with a legal obligation, court order, or regulatory directive.
• Extended account inactivity, as defined in ph4444's dormant account policy.

Upon termination of your account for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting ph4444 support. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the ph4444 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate this process by contacting ph4444 support with a written description of your complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. ph4444 also cooperates with any dispute resolution processes established by PAGCOR or other applicable regulatory authorities.

14 Amendments to These Terms

ph4444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph4444 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at ph4444.app/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.
